National painting competition 2009 - English guidelines
A national painting competition is being held for the second time as part of the nationwide campaign to increase awareness of the importance of tourism to Jordan. The competition targets all students residing in Jordan and invites them to express how tourism enriches the lives of Jordanians by painting a picture related to that topic. The deadline for submitting entries is December 6, 2009.

Salt tourism assessment report
A participatory rapid appraisal (PRA) was conducted in Salt to assess the city's tourism potential and identify the economic benefits that tourism can bring to the city and its community. The assessment was conducted by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities with support from the USAID/Jordan Tourism Development Project II.
