Hotel concierges training

Hotel concierges from 4 and 5 star hotels in Amman and the Dead Sea are attending a two-day capacity build workshop to enhance their skills in destination promotion and communication, in addition to providing them with in-depth information about Jordan's attractions, services, products and activities. The training will include a theoretical part and field visits.
