• Safety in the workplace
• Basic communication skills
• Basic English Language for hospitality business
• Basic tour guiding skills for walking tours
• Simple budgeting and accounting for small tourism businesses
• Energy saving and environmental friendly practices
• Promoting tourism businesses through social media

Candidates should meet the following requirements:
o Hold relevant qualifications and working experience in hotels or restaurants
o Have experience in preparation of training courses and training materials
o Have a passion for training
o Possess excellent communication skills and have strong command of English and/or Arabic
o Be available to conduct training courses on weekdays and/or weekends
