A participatory rapid appraisal (PRA) was conducted in Salt to assess the city's tourism potential and identify the economic benefits that tourism can bring to the city and its community. The assessment was conducted by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities with support from the USAID/Jordan Tourism Development Project II.
